Do you know how courageous and wonderful you are? I've experienced a lot of churches who say great things about themselves, but the reality is very different. When I first interviewed at Broadway two years ago, I was impressed by everything I was told - and I wasn't so sure about the reality of the congregation. It took me a while to trust what I was seeing.
It has been incredible to get to know each of you, to experience you all "walking your talk". I am continually inspired by your commitment to unconditional love, your compassion for others, and your willingness to deal with the difficult, messy parts of life with grace.
