This past Sunday we began our exploration of the Fruit of the Spirit. We talked about love - the emotions, sensations, gifts, and challenges of love. We talked about the ways fear, scarcity, and resentment stop us from fully loving ourselves and each other.
This email is your reminder to notice your experience of love so far this week. Have you been loving toward yourself? Toward others? How have you been treated this week? Have you witnessed loving moments between people?
If your heart is low on love, what can you choose in the next three days that will fill you up? What helps you feel love?
