Cancellation charges for voluntary cancellations depend on how early you cancel your flight:
If you cancel your flight less than 14 days before departure, you will be charged a fee of €65 per passenger per flight in addition to your Wizz Discount Club benefits.
If you cancel your flight within 14 days of departure, a seat reservation fee of €85 per passenger per flight will be charged in addition to your Wizz Discount Club benefits and other services.
Wizz air cancellation policy says, you can cancel a Wizz Air flight up to 3 hours before its scheduled departure time. One-way reservations must be canceled at least 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
