A G Suite account may be disabled or suspended in one of three circumstances. The first is manual suspension by an admin, which is typically carried out when a business account has been compromised or throughout the offboarding procedure. The second scenario involves automated suspensions for things like unauthorised sign-ins, suspicious user behaviour like spamming or phishing, and suspension for not abiding by the Google Terms of Service. The third circumstance is when a G Suite account has been suspended due to missed payments, lapsed contracts, expired free trials, or expired domain registrations.
An administrator-suspended account can be swiftly reinstated using the Google Admin console. To restore a suspended user, administrators need only go to the "Users" option on the admin console's main page, filter users by their status as suspended users, choose the user who needs to be restored, and then click "More > Reactivate." Administrators can also bulk-restore users by using CSV files or the Admin SDK APIs.
