Assume that the departure date is within 7 days of booking and the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of booking the ticket. In this case, you will receive a full refund regardless of the type of refundable and non-refundable ticket you obtained. Envoy air cancellation policy does not apply to group bookings and reward tickets. In accordance with Envoy 24-hour cancellation policy, you cannot change Envoy flights if you have a Mandatory Economy fare reservation, but you will receive a full refund. Tickets are 200 USD.
